​Paul will start the day by discussing the underlying causes of pain and the 5 pillars of wellness. He will also guide willing participants through  a deep relaxation and visualization experience and individual HeartMath sessions. HeartMath scientifically monitors your emotional and physical health - and helps you improve it!




Amy Kraft

Yoga Therapist and Ergonomics

Amy will provide postural alignment techniques including ergonomics for the home, office and in the car. If you currently have back pain, be sure to be the lucky volunteer for the Yoga Therapy session where you'll get to experience first hand her unique and effective approach for helping dissolve pain.




Jolene Goring

Certified Nutritionist and Occupational Fitness Director


One area that tends to be overlooked when approaching pain relief, is nutrition. Believe it or not, proper nutrition can be key to helping relieve pain and reducing inflammation. There are many approaches and opinions around proper nutrition. Should you follow the Raw, Vegan, Vegetarian, Paolo, or any of the other nutrition guidelines out there? Jolene will discuss nutrition, food sensitivity and how foods can act as medicine or poison, depending on the person.



Jane Petrin

Therapeutic Massage Therapist, LMT, CPT


Jane offers a unique perspective and approach to massage therapy with her background and certifications in both massage therapy and personal training. By marrying the two disciplines she has a deep understanding of the body, muscles and their function. Jane will provide an overview of her therapeutic massage technique, examples of how she's helped clients dissolve their back pain and how this method has been effective.  Sample Jane's technique based on the availability throughout the day.

Learn about the benefits for back pain and participants can choose to experience acupuncture throughout the day based on availability.
