About the Wellness Professionals

Paul Bernitt

TriVita Wellness Center Administrator

Paul Bernitt’s mission is to help people understand the value of optimal health and wellness, and to help them achieve it. Paul’s passion for healthy living arose from his own experience with health problems. He found that a disease-management approach to healthcare did not lead to optimal health and wellness. Through education, diet, exercise, lifestyle modification and supplementation, he was able to quickly resolve his health issues, and soon became a passionate advocate for prevention and wellness.

With over 15 years of experience in healthcare administration, Paul has effectively managed nursing homes, independent physician groups and large multi-specialty medical groups.  He is a national speaker on health and wellness and has published local, national and international health and wellness articles. Paul brings passion and experience to his current role as Trivita Wellness Center’s Administrator and is currently completing a degree in nutrition and transformational psychology at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. Learn more about TriVita at
